Without a doubt, one of the most exciting Australian acts to emerge on the music scene in recent years is SLINKEE MINX.

Arriving in impressive style in mid-2004 with their explosive remake of the 1989 Belinda Carlisle classic ‘Summer Rain’, the trio made up of Annemarie Failla, Michelle Palmer and Belinda Tartaglia have continued to build a strong following, attracting fans from around the globe. And it’s easy to see why - with their catchy hooks and killer looks, these kittens sure know how to rouse a crowd!

Rocketing into the ARIA Singles Chart at #5, ‘Summer Rain’ also held the #1 position on the ARIA Dance Chart for 13 consecutive weeks, achieving Gold status in a very short time and becoming the Highest Selling Australian Dance Single of 2004.  Not a bad effort for a debut act!

International success soon followed with the release of ‘Summer Rain’ in more than 50 countries including the UK, where it reached #3 on the UK Mainstream Dance Chart and #9 on the UK Commercial Club Chart. The track also achieved chart success in many other overseas territories such as Sweden (debuting at #14 on the Swedish Dance Chart) and Finland (#25 on the Finnish Dance Chart), and went on to become a massive club hit worldwide.

Two more Top 10 ARIA Dance Hits followed, establishing the girls as a musical force to be reckoned with!

2007 marked the release of their highly-anticipated and sensational debut album 'Electric Dreams', which features productions by some of the country's hottest music movers and shakers including mrTimothy, James Ash (Rogue Traders), Ivan Gough (TV Rock), Josh Abrahams and many more!

Where others simply choose to imitate, Slinkee Minx have successfully carved out a sound and image asdistinct as their name.  Preferring to act on instinct, rather than being swayed by musical trends, the talented trio has built up a solid catalogue of work and live performances in the past few years, earning them the respect and admiration from many in the industry.

In addition to their live work and recording and often referred to as “one of the hardest-working female groups in the industry”, Annemarie, Michelle and Belinda have also been busy with several exciting side projects, collaborating with a number of established producers, both locally and internationally.
