PETER HELLIAR

If comedy didn't exist, Peter Helliar would be in a lot of trouble. Pete was born to be a comedian, he says - he is compelled. Pete spent many of his younger years involved in amateur theatre and community radio before he decided to try his hand as a stand-up in 1996.

Pete first came to the nation’s attention in 1999 on Network 10’s Rove, and remained on the show until its final episodes in 2009. In 2005, Pete crafted the persona of Bryan ‘Strauchanie’ Strauchan, Collingwood rookie and footy superstar in the making. Strauchanie created an AFL sensation, picking up the codes’ Personality of the Year Award, and winning Best On Ground at the 2009 EJ Whitten match.

Since the conclusion of Rove, Pete has been working as a stand-up, touring to sold-out houses in Australia and New Zealand as well as hosting his own radio shows for Triple M and 2Day-FM.

VINCE SORRENTI

Since immersing himself in the world of corporate entertainment Vince has become the yardstick all corporate entertainers are measured by. No comic is more in demand for everything from after-dinner speeches to product launches, awards ceremonies and any manner of corporate, fundraising, sporting or public event.

Vince has a long history of versatility and comedic prowess, cutting his teeth in Architecture Revues in the early 1980s and in the burgeoning stand-up comedy scene that he helped create. After graduating as an architect, he threw full weight behind his real talent and has performed to ecstatic crowds on thousands of stages all over the world.

He has hosted TV programs in Australia and the United States, appeared in movies, released comedy albums, performed in festivals, and been a guest on countless talk and variety programs. He has thrice won the “MO” Award as Australia's Best Comic.

JANELLE KOENIG

She might look innocent - and that’s exactly how she gets away with it.

Janelle Koenig was discovered at the Jeez Louise Funny Women's Forum of October 2002, and hasn't looked back - mainly because she hasn't had time. Since then, Janelle has performed in venues across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra.

In 2010, Janelle relocated permanently to Perth, Western Australia where she has become a core member of local impro group The Big Hoo Haa, and a popular headliner and MC on all of the local stages.  She is also the resident MC at Girlz Night Out - Perth’s premier ladies’ comedy night.

Janelle is an accomplished comedian and a mediocre guitarist.  Her unique blend of honest stand-up, cheeky songs and sometimes far too personal tales about all aspects of her own life have made her a favourite amongst Australian audiences. She’s fun, fabulous, flirty and always a hit.

TRACY BARTRAM

Tracy is best-known for her former role as co-host of Melbourne's number one rating FM breakfast program, Tracy and Matt in the Morning (Fox FM).

Tracy has proved to be one of the most powerful voices in Australian radio, but since her departure from FOX, the natural progression for Tracy was to write and produce her own shows. This has revealed her diversity as a performer: a singer, actor, and comedian who continues to keep her audiences entertained and exploding with laughter! With her band in tow she performs an eclectic collection of original, cover and jazz song, mixing humour with real vocal dynamics.

Tracy is also a campaigner for animal rights and children's rights - she is an ambassador for Australian's Against Child Abuse. She is active in women's communities and conducts seminars for stressed women from all walks of life.

HUNG LE

A man of many talents, Hung is a violinist-turned-comedian who first made his mark as the winner of Hey Hey It’s Saturday’s “Red Faces” segment and the Melbourne International Busking Competition, impressing judges with the clowning, classical troupe Como String Quartet.

He has featured in Australian blockbuster films The Wogboy, Fat Pizza, SNAK and True Love and Chaos. Hung has appeared at major festivals in Australia, the UK, Edinburgh, Juste Pour Rire-Montreal, and Hong Kong. A constant on Australian TV since 1988, Hung has made two documentaries for the ABC and SBS. After a stint in Circus Oz and stand-up gigs in NY and Hollywood, Hung has returned to the Australian scene every bit as brilliant as before.

Corporate entertainer

STEVE BEDWELL

The talent of Steve Bedwell is tremendous: he is a television host, a radio personality, a producer, a director, an ARIA nominated recording artist, an author and a brilliant comedian.

Steve has performed in major comedy venues all across Australia and overseas, including feature shows at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. Sell out shows at The National Theatre and The Comedy Club, a fourteen week season at Crown Casino and the Comedy Room at Sydney Casino have shown Steve to be an excellent comedian and crowd-pleaser.

In terms of corporate events, Steve is a specialist. He reads the crowd beautifully and always leaves them laughing - his skill to MC an event and stick to a tight running schedule is first class, thanks to years of radio broadcasting. Steve is willing and able to create original material tailored specifically to your event. He is the consummate professional - and most importantly, extremely funny.
